Q: How do I sell with Preloved & Reloved?
A: Follow these steps:

Submit photos of your clothes for initial evaluation.

We will review the photos and decide if the items are suitable for sale. (Note: We do not accept Shein items, low resale value items, or footwear.)

Once approved, send the items by mail for assessment and pricing. Our resale prices are around 40% of the estimated retail price. Items will be photographed and listed on our website.

Q: What is the photo submission process?
A: Send photos of your clothes to us, and we will evaluate them for potential sale.

Q: What happens during the evaluation?
A: We review the submitted photos and determine if the items are suitable for resale. We do not accept Shein items, footwear, or items with low resale value.

Q: How do I send my approved items?
A: Once your items are approved, you can send them by mail for assessment. We will price them, photograph them, and list them on our website.

Q: How much will I receive from the sale?
A: You will receive 55% of the final sale price of each item.

Q: What condition must the items be in?
A: All clothes must be in perfect condition. If worn, they should be freshly washed. Items not in perfect condition will be returned to the seller.

A: Sold items are shipped in an An Post envelope.

Q: Does Preloved offer refunds?
A: No, Preloved does not offer a refund system.
